PREGNANCY

You can now self-refer to the hospital Maternity Service called Badgernet using this QR Code or Online Search for The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital and navigate to the Maternity page , or using this link  this is an online portal and app that allows you to access your maternity records over the internet through your PC, tablet device or mobile phone.

If you're pregnant or have had a baby in the past 12 months, you get free prescriptions if you have a valid maternity exemption certificate. To apply for a maternity exemption certificate please contact your midwife or health visitor. You are also apply to complete the application form at Reception.
